Another lawfare weapon from PCHR: unverifiable casualty statistics

PCHR issued a report supposedly documenting the status of the casualties in Gaza. The organization claims that 960 of the dead were civilians yet the group classifies arch-terrorist Nizar Rayan as a civilian as well as many members of the Qassam rocket brigades.  Groups such as CAMERA have debunked many more of the statistics.
